Mr Lusinga is the Co-Founder and Board Chairman of CAAP Trust. He worked for NRZ as a storeman and buyer for 14 years. He holds a certificate in Stores Management. He joined Plan International in 1995 and worked for 14 years with the organisation. He has a vast experience in international organizations. He is passionate about child protection and child rights. He holds a certificate in Child Participation. Experienced in community mobilization and assets management. Known for being creative, proactive and a strategic thinker with good public relations, possess very good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, and good in time management.
Mr Moyo is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CAAP Trust. Master in Community Psychology, former Polytechnic Lecturer and Project Coordinator with 10+ years of experience with various projects. Experienced in community mobilisation, planning, resource and documentation management. Known for being innovative, responsible, organized and stress-resistant. Able to provide leadership of the project and able to deliver results to the project and donors. Has managed projects in food assistance, education development and various community development projects successfully.
Mr Ncube is the Head of Programmes at CAAP Trust. He has experience in NGO programming and policy field. He has assisted in the design and implementation of the Trust’s projects, evaluating the effectiveness of the projects for improved methods. Mr Ncube takes special interest in gender issues, women and girl-child rights protection and empowerment, education and sustainable skills development for resilience.
